RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Thank you for choosing Homnell INC. To ensure your shopping experience, please carefully read the following refund and return policy. By submitting your order, you agree to abide by this policy.
- Scope of Refund and Return
You can apply for a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods meet the following conditions:
The goods are in their original condition, unworn or unused;
The original packaging, tags, and invoice are retained;
The goods are not part of a sale or final sale;
The goods are free from man-made damage or stains.
If the goods have quality issues, are damaged, or the wrong goods were sent, please contact customer service to apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return request, providing:
Order number
Product photo
Problem description
After customer service approval, a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return address will be provided;
Return the goods with their original packaging to the designated address, clearly marking the RMA number on the package;
Homnell INC will initiate the refund process after receiving the returned goods and confirming that everything is in order. - Return Address

- Refund Policy
Refunds will be returned to the original payment account;
Processing time is typically 5-10 business days; Actual arrival time at the bank or payment institution may vary; Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or the wrong item was shipped. - Exchange Policy
Exchanges require a return request and the original item must be shipped back; Exchange items are subject to availability. If stock is insufficient, you can choose to receive a refund or wait for restocking; Exchange shipping costs are usually borne by the customer, except in special circumstances (such as wrong item shipped or quality issues) where Homnell INC. will cover the shipping costs. - Special Circumstances: Customized or engraved items, clearance items, and special promotional items may not be eligible for return or refund. Please refer to the product description for details. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 7 days for assistance. We will provide free returns or replacements.
